This week I talk with Scottie about taking a regular day off and the challenges that entails. I also mention an interesting email I received that told me about my podcast status in Saudi Arabia and send a ‘hi’ to my listeners there. I talk about the rhythms of life changing and how pleasant it is to be in a quieter time of the year and being able to sort things out.
