This week Scottie and I talk about the fact that our goals don’t just magically happen, we need to put systems in place, either big changes or little ones (I’m more in favour of little ones) that help us to get to where we want to go. I take my goals from Ep 125 and spell out implementation intentions that hopefully will allow me to reach the goals by the end of the year, and definitely will bring me closer.
